The adjustment system

With the Disc-fit Vario system, you can adjust the helmet individually to the shape of your head using the twist lock in the neck area.
Additional height adjustment is possible thanks to the internal ratchet mechanism.

The best way to measure your head circumference is as follows:

Place a cord in the middle of your forehead and then run the cord once around your head above your ears at the thickest point.
Mark the beginning and end and then measure with a centimeter ruler.
