Tips on the different versions

Standard: The VELLO Bike+ Automatic does not require an additional gear shift from 0-25 km/h, as the motor takes over this function.
Even gradients of 8-10% can be mastered effortlessly .
Speed-Drive: Für schnelles Fahren über 25km/h mit angenehmer Trittfrequenz kann das VELLO Bike+ mit einem Schlumpf Speed Drive ausgestattet werden.
Dieses ultra-flache Planetengetriebe befindet sich im Tretlager und hat ein Übersetzungsverhältnis von 1:1,65.
Mountain-Drive: Für steile Anstiege bis zu 17% empfiehlt sich hingegen das der Schlumpf Mountain Drive von Schlumpf (Planetengetriebe im Tretlager) mit einem Übersetzungsverhältnis von 2,5:1.

Safety pin

Only when you pull out this pin does the front wheel come off and you can fold up your Vello Bike without any problems.

Unlocking the rear section

A magnetic elastomer element makes it easy to lock and unlock the folding bike when it is folded.

Dismountable handlebars

To save space, you can easily dismantle the handlebars by opening the snap fasteners.

When folded

The VELLO folds up very small in an emergency, making it the perfect companion – for everyday use as well as when traveling (folded size: H: 57 cm x L: 79 cm x W: 29 cm).
Compared to other folding bikes, it is also much lighter.
