The adjustment system

With the Disc-fit Vario system, you can adjust the helmet individually to the shape of your head using the twist lock in the neck area.
Additional height adjustment is possible thanks to the internal ratchet mechanism.

Please measure the circumference of your little one’s head beforehand!

Tip for setting:

There is a turning wheel at the back of the head.
Use it to tighten and loosen the head strap.
Turn the dial all the way up.
Put on the helmet and bring it into the correct position.
Tighten the helmet by turning the dial clockwise until it fits snugly but does not pinch.
If the helmet pinches the back of your head, you can also adjust the height.
Inside the helmet, the neck harness can be raised and lowered using a rail.
