Which frame suits you?
To calculate your frame height, you need your height as a first rough indicator and, even better, your stride length.
Measure stride length
- Stand with your back against a wall without shoes.
- Hold a book between your legs and bring it upwards.
- The vertical side of the book must rest against the wall.
- Now measure from the floor to the top edge of the book with a tape measure or folding rule to determine your stride length.
